The mission of Carolina House Watch is to provide safety, security and peace of mind to homeowners while they are away or for homeowners who prefer additional attention or assistance. According to the North Carolina Department of Justice, in the year ending 2008 communities averaged a huge 4,200 property crimes per 100,000 residents. Property crimes include:

• Burglary - The unlawful entry of a structure to commit a felony or theft. Includes attempted forcible entry.
• Larceny - The unlawful taking, carrying, leading, or riding away of property from the possession or constructive possession of another.

In addition, robbery and burglary of residential properties were up 7% from the previous year, and with the state of the economy what it is today, we are sure that the percentages will increase.

At Carolina House Watch, we are committed to providing services that are effective and affordable to help protect your most valuable investments. We are very aware that many structures are broken into after the criminal "cases" the home for some time, so we schedule our house check services on different days and at different times so as not to provide any pattern that a burglar could use.
